Trained in Medical and Surgical Retina in Toronto and St. Louis, Dr Mills provides in-office diagnostic and procedural services for retinal diseases such as Diabetes, Macular Degeneration, Retinovascular Occlusion and Retinal Tear/Detachment. Dr Mills is involved in research projects and clinical trials.

He provides vitreoretinal surgery assist services at Lakeridge Health.
